Special Interests/ Hobbies:
My favorite hobby is baking. From the time when I was a young child, my grandmother passed on her love and passion for baking to me along with her amazing Italian recipes. I also enjoy spending time with my family, especially outside and embracing the beautiful nature around us. Some of my favorite outdoor activities include kayaking, boating, swimming, and hiking. There’s nothing quite like being on the water during a nice summer day with so much beauty and nature to enjoy.

Why Did You Choose Pediatrics?:
I chose Pediatrics because I truly love how sincere, trusting, playful, and resilient children are. I have always had a special place in my heart for children, stemming from my amazing nieces and nephews, that have shaped who I am today. There is something special about helping a child in need; they place their trust in you, as a medical provider, to care for and help them which is an amazing and empowering feeling. Throughout my clinical rotations, I have loved coming across children of all different ages, genders, races, and cultures. Being able to learn about each of them as individuals and embrace their distinct personalities and needs is something I will forever be grateful for. Children truly are our future and I want to help care for and protect them along their journey.
